Thrown in fine, black vulcain clay, this finish of the 331 was inspired by a particularly beautiful pigeon I saw while walking in Victoria Park. The glazing effected is created by applying Frosted White glaze in two opposite directions. This leaves the an uneven finish, with high relief textures. I have used wax to expose some of the raw clay in the final product, which I hope works to recreate the brilliantly varied layers of feathers of the pigeon. Edition of 10.
